Ingredients
- 1 bottle (200ml) Sanpellegrino Pompelmo (Grapefruit)
- 1 oz (30ml) pulp-free apple juice
- ½ oz (15ml) raspberry syrup
- Ice cubes, as needed
- 2 thin apple slices (for garnish)
Method
- Prepare the Glass: Fill a tall glass with ice cubes to keep the drink chilled.
- Add the Juice and Syrup: Pour the apple juice and raspberry syrup over the ice. Stir gently to blend the flavors.
- Top Up with Sparkle: Slowly add Sanpellegrino Pompelmo to the glass, filling it to the top. Stir lightly to mix.
