Crinkle Fries are a nostalgic Kiwi favourite for kids and grown-ups alike. Enjoy a golden, delicious pile of fries with any meal. Grown in the mineral-rich soils of the Canterbury Plains, we process our top potatoes with their distinctive wave shape to a consistent 13mm thick. No artificial flavours or colours.

Cooking Instructions

For best results cook from frozen, do not thaw. Cooking times may vary with the model of oven. Watch carefully during final minutes of preparation to avoid over cooking.

Oven bake

  1. Preheat oven to 230°C (450°F).
  2. Spread frozen oven fries in a single layer on an oven tray and place in centre of oven.
  3. Bake fries for approximately 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown.
  4. To achieve a crisper product, leave the door ajar for the final 5 minutes of cooking.

Fan bake

  1. Preheat oven to 210°C (410°F).
  2. Spread frozen oven fries in a single layer on an oven tray.
  3. Bake for approximately 20 minutes turning occasionally until golden brown.
